Quick Search

The Quick Search is available from anywhere in BMC FootPrints Service Core in the top frame of the screen.

  1. Search on Keyword or other options by choosing the term from the drop-down. If you enter a number in the field without selecting a category from the drop-down, BMC FootPrints Service Core searches for an issue with that number. To search for multiple Issue numbers, enter each number separated by a comma, e.g., 5,22,165.
  2. For Keyword, enter the word or phrase for which you want to search in the box.
  3. Click GO.
  4. A list of Solutions that match the criteria is displayed.  In addition, any Requests that contain the keyword are displayed.
